Transitioning into a new market, especially one that is thousands of miles away, is easier said than done. VentiQuattro aims to assist in this journey. As a food and beverage consulting firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area, besides helping local businesses to improve their performances, we also provide consulting to those looking to expand into the U.S and Italian markets. And we'd like to share some of that knowledge with you!

We want this blog to show a behind the scenes look at who we are and what we do. We will provide how-to guides on various business tools, one-on-one interviews with our partners and business owners, and what their personal experiences have been. Take a deeper dive into things that we are interested in, such as the third wave coffee movement, what the difference between gelato and ice cream is, and food related trends around the globe. There will be a variety of topics covered on this blog, so we will have a little something for everyone.
